We do not use customer-submitted data feeds to train machine learning models without your explicit written agreement. Processed output is retained for the period specified in your plan or until you delete it, whichever comes first.

• Session and authentication tokens;
• API usage metrics: request volume, endpoint calls, error rates -- used to operate and improve the service;

• Provision and operate the HyperNorm platform -- normalizing schemas, resolving entities, and returning clean records via the API;
